These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the sgams.de website and the provision of engineering services by SGAMS. By using this website, you accept these terms. Engagement-specific terms are set out in individual engagement contracts.

The content on sgams.de is provided for information purposes. SGAMS makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Engineering frameworks and technical content on this site represent general approaches — they are not substitutes for site-specific engineering assessment.

3. Engineering Services

Engineering services provided by SGAMS are governed by the individual engagement contract between SGAMS and the client. These Terms & Conditions apply to the extent not superseded by the engagement contract.

SGAMS provides engineering expertise and produces engineering deliverables. SGAMS does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring that engineering recommendations are reviewed against applicable regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction before implementation.

4. Intellectual Property

Engineering frameworks, methodologies, and tools developed by SGAMS remain the intellectual property of SGAMS unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract. Deliverables produced for specific clients are licensed to those clients for use in their infrastructure programmes.

5. Limitation of Liability

SGAMS's liability for any claim arising from the provision of engineering services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. SGAMS is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by German law. The courts of Germany have jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

SGAMS may update these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
